New camera!!!

I can't believe I forgot to post about this. Some of you already know I had cancer a few years back. Because of chemo and radiation treatments I now suffer from peripheral neuropathy. I dropped my Canon 6D a few times in the past which forced me to but not only a hand strap but a holster (which I love) as well. I knew I was going to eventually have to buy a new, lighter camera and it came to me in form of the Fujifilm X-T20. I never thought I'd be going back to a crop sensor but here I am. Dear Lord in heaven is this camera amazing. For those saying this is nothing more than a mid entry level camera I say go back to being a keyboard warrior. This camera made a HUUUGE impression on me. As of now I only have the 35mmf2 and although I do having those extra stops of light I can say this camera/lens combo will def get the job done. I can't wait to pick up some more glass. I just wish I wasn't deeply in love with the Sigma 85mm Art I have for my cannon... I mean, Canon.

Look how tiny it is! Love how it fits in my hand. Don't let it's small frame size fool you!

Sickshooters Show

Off topic... HOT. AS. HELL.

Now that I got that out of the way, if you are a Vegas local and are in town this Friday come check out some talent at the Instameet Sickshooters show at the Junxion Complex. So many upcoming talented photographers. I'll have some of my work showcased there as well.

Hope to see you there!

I know....

I knooooow I know I know. I am really bad at this blogging thing but I promise I am going to try and get better at it. Just had a surgery (which was successful by the way) not too long ago so I am hoping to get back on track. This week has been quite busy (a good thing) with a few more shoots lined up till the end of the week. Here's a little video on a shoot I recently did with Courtney Crave

Gear is packed and I am ready for another adventure in downtown Vegas tonight! My style has changed a bit this last year. If you're following my Instagram account @dmrdepictions you can get a good feel what I'm doing.

If you like what you see there you can message me for pricing/availability.

4 sale

I am selling my Canon 85mm 1.8 prime lens. Other than basic wear one would have on a lens it works fantastic. I Upgraded to the Sigma 85 Art and have no need for this anymore. Comes with original box & paper work. Asking $225. Trying to stay local here in Las Vegas but I can ship out (w/ shipping fee) if I have to. Not looking to trade as the money is going towards a new camera. Drop me an email: daniel @ dmrdepictions.com >^___^<

Sigma 85mm Art

Christine Dailey

I may have died and gone to heaven. About 2 or 3 years ago I picked up the Canon 85mm 1.8 lens and fell in love. Yes, I was in love with their low end model. It was, and still is an amazing lens but as much as I loved that lens I wanted a little more. Enter the Sigma 85mm art. Wow is all I have to say about it. Blew my expectations out of the water. Beautiful bokeh, focuses amazingly fast and produces amazing colors straight out of the camera. This is my first time using a Sigma lens and I plan on purchasing the rest of my glass through them.
